Do you send worldwide?
Yes, any package will be delivered to any country.
How many medicines may be ordered at once?
We do not restrict you. You may order pills for the entire course of the treatment. In case of ordering more than 120 pills, we will divide them into two separate packages. It will be sent one at a time.
What personal information do you collect?
We need your full name, address, and email address. Make sure to indicate the index number to receive your package in time. You will receive all notifications about your order status by email. All your personal information is confidential. We do not share it with third parties.
How long to expect the package?
All packages will be arrived in average from 5 to 8 business days. It depends on the shipping method.
How do you deliver the packages?
There are two options available: EMS and AirMail. A customer selects the preferred shipment way during the order. When the order will paid and ready for the shipment, we transport it to the transportation company, or we bring it to the post office. The transportation company then delivers the order to a customer’s address.
How to pay for the order?
All information about payment will be sent by email after placing the order. We accept Visa, E-checks, Master Card, PayPal. You may contact us to specify the payment details.
What to do if the payment is not accepted?
Make sure your bank does not have limits for the internet purchases. Make sure that you have enough sum of money on your credit card.
May I buy medications without prescriptions?
Yes. We do not need any medical prescriptions or doctor’s indications.
What asthma medications do you sell?
You may find a list of offered medications on our website. These are mostly Ventolin, Advair Diskus, Singulair, and Proventil. Please, consult a physician before taking or starting any treatment.
Why are the prices cheap?
All medications are supplied from the manufacturer plant. We do not use any additional services for the transportation, or distribution, or marketing. We do not rent big offices for our team. We work online. That is why are prices low. We offer clean prices without any extra charges.
My package was not arrived. Why?
There are cases when the package is delayed or even lost. Customs administration sometimes open packages to check them. Sometimes they return packages back. If you have not received your order in more than 14 days, please, let us know. We will help you and will send your asthma medications again.
Do you offer discounts?
Depending on the season, we may offer special prices for certain products. For example, some Christmas sale. You may subscribe for our news in order to be informed about our special offers. There is also 10% off for our regular customers.
How to use inhalers?
Any medication product has instructions. It is enclosed in every pack with the medication. Please read carefully the instruction. Follow all recommendations and do not double the doses.
Are there medication for children with asthma?
Yes. For example, Ventolin may be used by children at the age of 4 and above. However, only physician can tell you whether your child may use one or another medication.
