Our shipping policy guarantees proper packaging with only high quality and solid materials, and instant processing and shipping of all orders. Of course, these are just the main criteria of this policy. It does not mean that we do not follow other requirements.

First of all, it is necessary to mention, that the shipment period is now taking longer time (but not always). It all depends on the pandemic situation in the country which the order is sent to. In average, the shipment takes about 5-7 business days. Of course, it depends on the shipment method that has been selected during the order.

We work only with reliable and proved shipment organizations. The shipment is worldwide, and so we have to be sure that the package will be delivered in time and in a good condition. There are two options available for the shipment:

  • EMS (Express Mail service): the shipment period – 5 to 8 days
  • AirMail: the shipping period – 7-13 days

Regardless of the chosen shipping methods, all packages will be packed carefully. Our team follows all needed recommendations for the safe packing (they use gloves, and personal protection equipment).

A tracking number is assigned to all packages. Entering this number into the special field on the website, a customer will see the status of the shipment and where the package is located right now.

Order Status

We may say that order status is a guarantee that all orders have been processed properly, and certain steps are followed regardless of the situation. We have organized a good and stable system that controls, regulates, processes, and analyses all received orders. This system may also find some failures (for example, the order is not paid, or the product is not available).
